Can we just take a minute to respect how freakin selfless this was of Regina? No guilt tripping, no hate, no off-handed comments, zero disdain, nothing. She just sets them up for the best life they can possibly have and sends them off. She doesn’t just give Henry his best chance but Emma too, which not only did she not have to do that, but she didn’t have to be kind about it either. The amount of love she has for her son, how he’s literally her only reason to live, and the pain of giving him up... I don’t know that I could do that. I know she didn’t have a better option, but the fact that she did it so gracefully. She really doesn’t get enough credit for this specifically. She simultaneously fixed what she knows to be Emma’s deepest regret and fulfilled her own deepest fear. The pain on her face just...
The one thing that irritated me about this show was that Henry often forgot that Regina was him Mom. Emma maybe his mother but Regina was the mom that raised him.
I love that David always hugs Emma the same way: with a hand on the back of the head, resting his face against her and looking like getting to hold his daughter again is always the most magical thing in the world.
I wish Emma had called Snow and Charming "mom" and "dad" one last time. I wish Emma had said "I will find you" to them. I wish Snow had given Emma one of the "Unicorns" as a keepsake that even if Emma doesn't remember who gave it to her, she would have the feeling that someone she loves and loves her back gave it to her.
Agreed. I'm hoping it's Snow that helps her remember if that's possible And I would love if they went back to the lines from The Thing You Love Most and have Emma say "It's strange. Ever since we met I've had oddest feeling that we've met before, and I know it's crazy." And Snow to say "Maybe it's time you reevaluate your definition of crazy."
She was too sad to say mom and dad since she won’t gonna see them again until a year later hook found Emma and give her the memory potion so she can remember her parents and storybrooke and she knocked on the door I’m surprised they still remember Emma
I wish Emma, Snow, and Charming had said "I love you" to each other at the end. I feel like the finale could have stretched out a little longer (1 1/2 hours perhaps?!).
Oh I do too. They believed that they were never going to see each other again and even if Emma didn't remember, Snow and Charming would. I'm hoping that she will call them mom and dad again when she sees them again and remembers. And they'd better have them say "I love you" by the end of the season.
Anyone born in the enchanted forest had to go back and the only person who could cross the town line without losing their memory was Emma so she left with Henry so he would be alone.
@@cambr3lla Not quiet true, cause Emma and Henry did lose their memories. They HAD to go (not just could) cause they were not from the Enchanted forest and because Regina had to pay the price (saying goodbye to person she loved most, which was Henry)
Eugeniya Leshenko No Emma could have gone back to the Forest as well. But Henry had to stay behind b/c he was the only person in that town who was not born there. Sure, he is a prince, and his entire blood line is the forest but he was not born there. Emma had to stay behind, even though she could have gone back as well b/c she is his mother. Neal had to go back b/c he was born in the forest.
If you ask me, the season 3 finale after the battle with Zelena might have been the best moment to end things. Rumple destroys Zelena but he only does it to avenge his son, he doesn't go back to being selfish and power-hungry. After Emma and Hook's time travel adventure (in which they DON'T bring back Marian/Zelena and the urn which contains Elsa) and the show ends there. Honestly, starting with season 4, the stories just got wacky and the show was milked out extremely.

I cried so much watching this scene then and now! This was my favorite show!

you can tell emma wanted to say mom after snow kiss her head
+Cory Radam second?! Snow is Emmas birth mother, so how it is her second mom? O.o We saw Snow giving a birth of Emma...
Snow is Emma's ONLY mom... she has no other
I felt cheated because in the mines when she thought she was going to lose them she called them Mom and Dad, but here she didn't.
She was too sad to say mom and dad since she won’t gonna see them again until a year later hook found Emma and give her the memory potion so she can remember her parents and storybrooke and she knocked on the door I’m surprised they still remember Emma

"There's always another way"... always apparently didn't apply here.... I wanted Emma and Henry to go to the EF too :(
I promised myself i wouldn't cry but here i am BAWLING MY EYES OUT
OMG I CANT STOP CRYING AFTER WATCHING THIS VIDEO
Why Neal could go with them? he wasn’t curse in the first place. He came through a magic beans.
Anyone who was born in the Enchanted Forest had to go back. Emma was the exception because she was the savior.
@@frozenpiper2 I think Emma could have gone back with them. She decided to stay for Henry.
Wait was this the last time Henry saw Neal?
Yes.

Go with Emma and Henry?

Eugeniya Leshenko actually, Emma could have gone, because she was born in the enchanted forest, but Henry couldn’t, and she had to stay with him.
I'd love for someone to wake up from a dream somewhere around this episode. I'm trying to figure out where the writing went downhill.
This should have been the ending to the entire show :)
Bartolomejskanoc no
We got a much better ending, with everyone together and happy, that one was depressing af
@@thefmlmonster Season six final, it is the best final.
