I tried this bread recipe today without bread improver or wheat gluten, the result is awesome, had tried most of the bread recipes but this recipe is the best, thanks Dev Sir.
I m in chicago. I try your bread recipe yesterday step by step and bread came out superb .i try so many times so many bread recipe but first time i became very happy and satisfied.superb result . Only i feel less salt.
Baked the bread today..it turned awesome..waiting for the bread to cool down. The measurements given helped a lot. Thank you chef. I am so happy it worked. I would say it’s a perfect healthy bread recepie. The gluten really helped a lot chef. My bread dough weighed 511gms. I don’t know why chef. While making the dough.. it went little dry . Little bit of water I added to make it little sticky otherwise it came out well. Waiting to taste it chef. Thank you..👌👌👏👏

I have made sandwich bread twice,it comes out soft and tasty,all the ingredients you have given with measurements I have used,but the bread slices are small not the size of the box height like you show in the picture.I use Fortune maida. The bread is very soft though.

poolish ka usage bread ko light karneke liye hota hain especially french bread me holes aane chahiye aache se uske liye. gluten ye bread aache se rise hone ke liye, flour ko strength Dene ke liye hain. Dono ka purpose alag hain

Commercial bread banate waqt usme bleaching agents add kiye jate hain ( clorine dioxide / Benzoyl Peroxide) .Usse bhi bread ekdam white dikhti hain ye wellowish colour uska natural hain ghar me bread banate waqt, aur wo accha hain 😊

We were taught to stretch n fold the dough to knead it...yr method is different. Wen i shape the dough yr way after first proofing my bread gets big hole/s when baked
Thank you for writing to me . I have tried to simplify the overall process . after the folding, the dough has to be punched a bit with palm so that any excess air is removed.
I have tried bread several times at home n it comes well sometimes. But my question is how do I keep my bread soft for 3-4 days like market. Because my bread turns hard the veryi next day. Pls reply n thank u for ur tips chef 👍
