All the step is correcty, make sure you are in Andoid 10 stock. Seems that make your devices your using A11 stock. Try to unbrick it using this tutorial >> ombob.my.id/how-to-unbrick-redmi-9a-in-2022-1-click-tools/ The tutorial is for redmi 9A, but u can use for redmi 9C
Tergantung sih bg, ga ada yg sempurna, tergantung Custom nya. MIsal ROM A, smooth kenceng tp batere batere boros ROM B, enak tp bug bluettoth misalnya. Tinggal cocok2ana, atau search di YT review ROM nya
