Same, my voice can’t do the do the run right now, and I feel like proving my voice can be used for something useful, cause most people think that I can’t and don’t sing. But, I also don’t like going high, or being a lead.
In choir, even if we were altos, we had soprano tendencies. It was something everyone worked on, one part with the other tendency. It’s easy work on it developmental. You need sooo much air to be a McNamara, but there’s a lot of unison
Why do I have a hard time with the harmony in the second chorus, just the part where Duke sings "waiting for?" I sing it wrong every time! Everything else, (other than the riff which just needs work cuz I need to strengthen my voice) is super easy in her range for me.

It's not the "easiest" to sing, a sopranos would find it difficult to sing. Really only mezzo-sopranos would find this easy to sing, even for us altos this is a bit high

There’s a lot of empty spaces, so used that time to quickly prepare for the parts that you don’t find easy. Practise and vocal lessons are always best

It's not the "easiest" to sing, a sopranos would find it difficult to sing. Really only mezzo-sopranos would find this easy to sing, even for us altos this is a bit high

But one of them is forced. You can't sing Alto AND soprano comfortably. Either you're pushing soprano or trying too hard to reach alto
