These videos are great, thanks man. The two Antigram ones and this one. But you say that the packing grease isn't meant to be ridden on, why not? I prefer a quiet hub for stealth riding. A lower viscosity lubricant would wear components faster than grease would?
Alright. I'm probably going to use ParkTool HPG-1. I've been the kind to run OEM hubs and never once took them apart. used to ride 30 miles a day too. I think even using a heavier grease and doing regular maintenance will be far better. I might switch to a coaster but not sure about the engagement lag. How's your antigram been?
I like to work on my bike in the dark too it's really easy to see when you have all the lights off
Best lightng ever...
It's too bright! I can almost see stuff!
Thanks for the video. Good information.
+Alfred n I appreciate the feedback. I'm glad it was informative.
The odysset warranty department told me You can run the driver with our without grease. Oil based grease is preferred.

Virux I view the packing grease more as something that preserves the hub until purchase.

Price aproximatly?
when you degrease your hub to make it sound louder, then you see this video XD
I’m sooooo stressed I cannot find a video on how to assemble an unsealed loose ball cassette can someone please help
Braden T unsealed hubs are a world or trouble. I'll leave it at that.
BMX: All Encompassing yeah. I got the driver together but the inner bearings got loose and ground down to havles
That's bad news lol
do u still respond to comments?
tri flo is not grease...better for chain lube, bearings last longer with grease
Inside my hub there are ball bearings that is thil normal?
Its normal for cheap wheels. Higher end wheels have them sealed
Why even make a video in this lighting?
Lighting chosen when the RUclipsr is more interested in being seen himself and not so much the subject matter. Epic fail.
