ممكن يكون من الشاشة نفسها خصوصا اذا كانت غير اصلية ، ايضا في امكانية ان يكون السبب خلل في مسارات الاضاءة و بالتحديد وشيعة الاضاءة او المكثفة

اتى الزبون بالهاتف مظلم و شاشة اللمس تعمل لأن الهزاز يعمل أثناء اللمس ،يبدو جديد بحالة جيدة ، قال انه تعطل من تلقاء نفسه اي لا يعرف السبب . عندما فتحته قمت بفحص كوناكتور الشاشة اولا و عندما اعدت تركيبها مرارا و تكرارا بالضغط الجيد عليه رأيت الشاشة تضيء ضوء خافت جدا بحيث ذلك الضوء لم يظهر اثناء تصويري للفيديو لانه يبدو مظلم في التصوير ، و عندها فحصت الكوناكتور بالمجهر ظهر التلحيم كأنه غير كامل اي بعض المسارات على الجانب مفصولة و لا يظهر ذلك بالعين المجردة ، فقمت بتلحيمه و اعادة اذابة القصدير و جربت و انحلت المشكلة ، عطل غريب لكن اظنه من خلل في تصنيع الكوناكتور ، لأنه ضعيف و رقيق جدا
