If the screen can be taken off without the logik board having to be removed it will be a lot easier is it possible to do that did you just take the board out so you could push the screen from behind
I have some kind of waves under my screen as you did clean the phone with cheap 70% ALC. perfume...looks definitely I have damaged it from inside. I am able to use the phone ,but my screen on the bottom shows bright waves... Am idea if it is possible to fix that without removing anything? I have recently bought surgical spirit..if this will help? Thank you

Antenna? and after that proximity sensor. Well some models are regional based. Can have slight changes.

Original screen is about $60 and aftermarket about $30..i think you should be able to locate locally.

Seems like you got damaged the sensor ..
what is the name of the tape you used for the battery?
That is actually battery adhesive strips, some call it as iPhone battery adhesive.
