No, thank you. I have spent 5 hours going through reupholstering videos and finally found yours. So much clearer in instruction and the why's and description than any I have seen thus far. I am saving this to watch over and over so I can eventually try y hand at it. We have ONE re-upholsterer in my area and he is really getting up there in age....think late 80's. I just bought a very well used soft leather sofa I want to try it on. the bones are good and the graduating young man said it was very comfortable, but it was in a student housing rental, so the material leaves much to be desired. Kudos to your camera person too. Excellent tutorial.
Thank you for sharing. I was so impressed with your videos and I watched them all. That I reupholster for the first time my couch and love seat along with my dining room chairs using your techniques. My family and friends were very impressed.
I’ve been out the upholstery business now for about 15 years but since I’ve been watching your RUclips channel an other upholstery channels I’ve decided to take it up again I still have all my tools plus I was given a compressor a few weeks ago so I’m ready to go so thanks dan Darren
It is always a pleasure to see you again and appreciate your ability that you give us with such generosity, you are a human being of great light, I hope that luck always accompanies you, a hug from Buenos Aires. You have a friend here already. a hug
That’s super job, especially the headboards you have good choice for the fabrics as well. The sofas and others all very knitted and detailed. Well done and thanks for your explanation. I can say you’re gifted.
Mesmerizing to watch, beautiful work. I missed seeing how you finished the front of the roll arms. I'm going to reupholster a roll arm bench and am considering whether to go with piping or tacks. Fascinating to see all the tools and items you use to create perfect pieces. Thanks so much!
Genevieve Mathis I was thinking the same thing. I do think there is another video of his where he shows how it’s done. Have to look through. He’s amazing though!
As usual you have done a wonderful job. I really needed this video because I'm reupholstering a chaise lounge similarly to your piece. It also green for now. I'm starting this weekend on it. And I will be watching this video step by step. Thanks so much.
That’s very knitted job as well I like the choice of the fabrics especially the headboards also the sofas and others. I’ve been watching deference channels but, not in detail not detailed like yours. Well done ALO.
I really like your Upholstery work , about start a upholstery project on a Sofa myself in a few weeks just getting a few tips here , cheers my friend 👍 Richard
I would have liked to see how you made the cushion. Would it be difficult to replace a loose seat cushion with a fixed cushion instead? My father was a master upholsterer in New Orleans and you both have different techniques with very nice outcomes. Great work👍🏼👍🏼
Hi. I was wondering if you guys take requests on pieces to make? As I was interested in making a certain headboard but can’t find how to make it anywhere. And your videos are extremely professional and helpful. Thanks for your time.
You si awesome i love the way you work and so profesional I you have talen and you explain everything so great. Thank you for sharing your talen with us.
Just starting out, thanks for all your videos, I'm learning so much... btw that's a Prebena staple gun if i'm not mistaken , not a BEA.. not that it matters..
my dream was to have a foam cutting machine of this, shame that in Brazil you do not have to buy, I'm also a quilter and I cut a lot of foam. Thanks for your work, you and very professional hugs
This is very instructive as usual, however one of the reasons I watched was to see how you made the panels on the front arms which you skipped entirely. Perhaps that is something you can consider do a video on. Thanks.
I work as an upholster, here in Denmark. The panel in the front, is a thin piece of plywood, usual with a 5 mm foam, and sometimes a thin fiber. If you are using a woven fabric, where you gently can work a headless nail through, which in most cases you can, it is easyer to wait with the nails until you put it on. Otherwise you have to use a nail with a big flat head, and put it all the way through the banel, before you put fabric on, and the GENTLY apply it to the front. Old chairs and sofas, can have a peace of wood, with some pegs that you fit in some holes in the chairs arm. Don't use glue friktion only.
Hi you are a Master. I have a sofa similar to this, the only thing is I only have one board running around the sofa. I don't know where to attach the decking and arms to? It's a Flexsteel sofa. All the foam etc; does not need to be renewed. The only thing I need to do is replace the cardboard on the outside arms.
Kudos to the designer for a fantastic finished project! And future videos, could lower the music just a bit... Or use background music less annoying.. 😩
Some of us subscribed to your channel because we want to become upholster like you, so try to teach us slowly, I am slow learner, thank you for sharing with us your skills
Truly beautiful.
Thank you for your work saving these fantastic older pieces and fighting back against "disposable" culture!
thank you so much!

This is very instructive as usual, however one of the reasons I watched was to see how you made the panels on the front arms which you skipped entirely. Perhaps that is something you can consider do a video on. Thanks.
Like you, I was really excited to see how the arm panels were done. Show us your tricks for this, please!
