Im doing a shiny only for my playthrough of scarlet and I have played for 22 hours and have 5 full odds shinies so far they are drednaw gogoat luxio donphan and forttress
Im also doing a shiny only playthrough on Violet and i have 6 shinies, skiddo, gogoat, nacli, rookidee, sandygast, and mareep. Currently hunting for shiny Growlithe to add!
I'm really enjoying the game as well despite the performance issues that it has with the framerate. I haven't found any shinies yet but will definitely try it when I finish the main story. Though I do with there was a better indication that there is a shiny (like in PLA) and some of the pokemon are so tiny who knows how many I've probebly missed
