Front kick is good. Teep is pushing. You can have something of both mixed together. Bigger difference between those are which leg is the kicking. Teep is done by the leading leg while front kick by the back leg. MT will target your leading leg by low kicks. Which means if you do kick by your back leg you get down on the ground because you not have support for your weight. If you make front liver kick by your leading leg thats whole another story. Block low kick with the leading leg and fast snap kick to the liver at same time. But legs are mostly for moving. You can deflect kick or even catch kick.
In my experience, the front kick is faster as it requires less setup, and is easier to use as a head kick. The teep has way more power and is better for keeping your opponent at a distance.
I really like your choice to change outfits from karate to Muay Thai. Seems like a minor thing, but It really helped me to not be confused.
Thanks, pal!
Great breakdown. Editing on point too.
Thanks, Matt!
Comparing different martial arts styles is a great video concept 👍
Thank you! We’ve got some ideas we are working on in the vein; stay tuned!

Pros and cons of both?
