    I go to the Sslvation Army in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. They are one of the organizations to support families. I even have a video of it.

    Hi hun,you cook the pickle pork same way you cook silverside,boil up with vinegar,bay leaf,peppercorns,beautiful with mash & white sauce,fry up your cauliflower,capsicums,onions, and Bok Choy in some honey & soy to have over rice or noodles,then can freeze it.can make big batches.add some protein if you have any or maybe the chicken mince you got in hamper.hope this helps 👍💜

    Nice haul Rach, with the spatchcock, just treat it like a small chicken. Stick a lemon inside, cover with butter and herbs and roast, delicious!

      It’s smaller than my hand I can’t believe the price of it when you can buy a cooked chicken for $10

    I cook pickle pork in my slow cooker with brown sugar or honey in the water - I cook silverside the same way. Cauliflower and cheese sauce. Cook and freeze what you can .. Bake the spatchcock..
