Actually, the grilled pork melon bread exists in Cantonese/Hong Kong dim sum. That version is known in Cantonese as “cha siu bo lo bao” or “char siu pineapple bun.” （叉燒菠蘿包）In some places, there’s also a variant called “noble concubine bun” （貴妃包）
