Bailey is such a sweet dog. Just love how patient she is and seems to understand exactly what's going on.🧡
Hey Dan: It's mother hen here. Hope you're ok and on a nice holiday. We miss you and RUclips IS NOT the same place without you. Be safe and stay well!!! All the best.
Those little mini loaders are called Dingos!
Hey Dan it's been 3 weeks hopefully you're enjoying some home time. look forward to seeing back behind the wheel soon. Stay safe
Hey Super Trucker Dan. B SAFE 🚛💨💨💨💨
Good ole Kubota "stuff" is tied down to make sure it does not move. I am impressed to see what has to be done to make sure your load does not move. 😊
100% agreed.
@@redeyedmongoose2963 if they want the poles they'll take it anyway Dan gives them to them
Hi Dan, your v-blogs showing the life of a owner operator are enjoyable as well as informative. As a non-professional trucker, the various ways you secure the loads are a tremendous asset to me when I need to transport small items, mainly construction lumber for home improvement projects. The concepts of securement is what I find helpful. Thanks for the time to film and upload the videos.
nice to see you delivered in my neck of the woods ... lol. stay safe dan
God Bless you and Bailey!!!!
Hi Dan, I enjoy the road footage you show on your videos ! Thanks for sharing!
Anchoring is a science, doing it correctly and not having to worry about the load is a skill set . Great job .
Extra special load securement...Pro job. Pay attention People.
Kubota are popular in RUclips videos, fun work toys.
Thanks Dan. You sure are busy. Thankfully you are having good loads. You and Bailey take care. Blessings
Thanks Dan!
My daddy said the wind never stops blowing in Kansas, he was stationed at Riley, he hated it. God bless my daddy. They are proud of them Kubotas huh? Safe travels Dan! Truck 🛻
Just checking in. Hope you and the family are doing well.
You've got a rockstar coordinator to make sure you're in the right place at the right time too!
i may never see you on the road, but if i do, i will feel safe
Kansas is Home, sweet home.
hello from Busselton Western Australia.
Hi Dan you do such an excellent job of securing your loads. All flat bed truckers should learn from you. So glad you have been busy. Bailey and you need some rest and regenerate. You are such a hard worker.
Bloody hell Dan - you need a bit of a trim mate!! 🤣
I only noticed because at the minute I do too!!!
Hi Dan and Bailey too!!
Hope everything is going well as it can . Haven't heard from you in a while.
That's the casino where my engine on my harley grenade on my way to Sturgis from Waxahachie TX
Thanks Dan👍
How about a shot of the truck with all the chicken lights on. Can't remember seeing the truck all lite up. Love the videos!!! Keep up the great work!!!
That Kansas sunrise is making me very homesick. "LIKE" button has been torqued to the manufacturer's recommended specification. "CLICK". God forbid you should be running around with a loose "LIKE" button !
Another great video, keep em coming 👍🇺🇦👍🇺🇦.
Again, I must say I really like the music you use on your clips.
Wish I knew the source of his music. Many times Dan's times are very entertaining and what I have never heard before. One benefit of driving many hours is time to listen to music radio.

I chuckled a little bit when I saw all those wind chargers sitting idle. I'm not against wind power at all but it just goes to show there are times when they're useless.
They my not be turning until transmision line are built. With electric wire to carry power away from towers to delivery location, the project need not be turning.
Until the transmission line is built, they don't need to run. Kind of like a car doesn't need to have the engine running if it's parked in the garage.
My understanding from wind power for off-grid cabins etc. You have to have a way to either use (Charge batteries) or dump the excess power that is generated, otherwise it damages the generator. These units are probably locked-out till the site comes fully online. Feeding power into the grid is a coordinated task, or you'll start tripping safeties.
@@patrickinottawa27 Those windchargers are not for off-grid use like a cabin, so that's off topic. The units in the video are much larger and far more complex. Regarding large wind chargers like the ones in the video they have transmissions on them that allow them to control the output Levels precisely so the level of voltage and current as well as the frequency that they supply can be varied.
It's true that the voltage levels on the grid have to be kept within a certain range but most of the grid controls around the world make as much use of wind and solar as possible.
I also noticed that they're facing in different directions as well as that there is no wind. Which tells me that before they stopped turning the wind probably wasn't coming from a consistent direction. If the wind had been blowing they would have all been facing the same way.
Again, for the sake of ROI wind chargers are used at much as possible and the fossil fuel plants will back off supplying the grid to make use of them. They only have so much life in them so they need to be able to report as much power production from each one as possible to satisfy the investors. I know this because I've been involved in writing the software that tracks that.
Hello Dan! Greatly enjoy the videos. Hope your doing well. I've been checking often to see if anything new is happening. God bless.
Thanks for the video Dan.
Bailey wants a hug!
Hey dan hope everyone is ok been missing your videos.
Thats nice music as always
looking good looking good
This load here is why they call you super trucker Dan 🕶
Little Bailey is definitely listing to dad 😁
be safe take care yourselves DAN
STAY WITH MERCER
Dan you okay? Haven’t seen you for a while.
Where you at Dan?? Hope all is well. See you soon.
Kubota Brand is Very Popular with Smaller Operations and Homeowners because they are affordable. Average Price for a New Pickup Truck is 61k. 🤪👎
Hey Trucker Dan! I've been enjoying your show for years. Thanks for all of your hard work and kudos on your Dorsey endorsement. I'll have to say though the addition of the big sign in the back of your cab detracts from your otherwise excellent show. Dorsey
seems like good company. I don't think it's necessary advertisement given the quality of your show and your own endorsement of your trailer. Thnx!
How are freight prices Dan? I’m hearing other truckers are parking their trucks.
More frequent videos excite the fan base 🗽🇺🇸🚛👌 Appreciate your recent efforts to post 👌
Another good video Dan KEEP ON TRUCKIN 👍 🇺🇲 🚛 🐘
Thanks Dan
Bailey is such a beautiful pup. How is Callie these days? Dont ever see her.
Dan Dan the professional flat deck man. Living and driving out of Canada I always had to have 2 to 3 different types of clothing with me in the winter. As I got further south I would start to shed more clothes. It was nice getting away from the cold snowy North to the tea shirt cowboy boot south. You sure do get around. Running flat deck I always seemed to be delivering loads to out of the way places. Usually never paved just dirt and dust. That Kabota load sure had you working at tying down. That’s the thing with running decks you always got some kind of excerise. Nice video Dan. You have a great and a safe day. Happy trails and happy motoring.
Good morning I have driven Europe for over 45years the difference in traffic is amazing your roads seem so quiet compared to the u k and Europe
Stay safe out there Dan!!..
Cool video Dan 👍
Peabody, Ks, wonder if Sherman will be there?
Big sleeper KW in the background at Kubota 👀
When you’re “in the Groove” you’re making Cash so Teresa can “Keep the Shopping” going. 😬👍
Yet another great video! I’m amazed at all the different ways you find to effectively secure the varying loads 👍
Thanks again for another one and safe travels to you and your copilot.
Hi Dan love your videos, looks like the winter weather is taking its toll on your clear coat.
Wow I would have gone crazy to figure that out. You could be a great teacher
I've been sleeping with window up here in Coffeeville Alabama. Not worried about anyone coming thru window.😉.
Good miles!
I just ordered my new Dorsey flatbed trading my step deck in should be able to pick it up in a few weeks.
I never realized how much more truck stops put the price of diesel till this weekend. Drove past a sheetz along 224 in NE Ohio and it had diesel at $3.95 this was a sheetz with a truck stop and 50 parking spots. Then got to 224/71 where Loves, Pilot, and TA at diesel at $4.45
Oh yeah. I-10 bridge near Mobile will turn into a toll bridge. Not sure how much they'll charge big truck. Expect to see a lot more truck traffic up here in Highway 84 in Coffeeville Alabama
Thanks Dan
Brilliant video good content about the day in the life of owner operator interesting how you tie your loads down
🇬🇧✈️🌵🇺🇸👍
Hope you're safe. Tornado tore up Norman, Oklahoma yesterday ( Monday).
Lol... Dan you should get a laugh about this. For whatever reason your not coming up in my feed? Anyway, saw this spot on the screen kept scraping it with my nail, then finally noticed it was a bug on your windshield..... I know not real bright lol be safe
Bring that trailer load over to my house! That 65 on the back is a hard machine to come across.. those $45,000 mini’s were supposed to be around 30k when they were being designed a few years back. Equipment prices have got WAY out of control.
Wow! Must be 2-3 hrs to secure that load?
Hi Dan, Great video keep them coming! Be safe
Great to see you guys and how is Bailey been doing and I hope your family doing well also
Good to see you both, Dan and Bailey.
I haven't seen you ride your skateboard in forever, Dan. Thanks for the video.
Great explanation on proper load securement. See u have your cold weather gear on. Save trip for you & co operator Bailey.
It sounds like you’re getting along well with the new dispatxher
Hey Dan. Y'all ok? Haven't heard from Y'all in a while.
Great video, interesting to see how you work out how to secure your load.Have a nice weekend
Great video, Dan. Safe travels!!!
Hi Dan, why does your trailer not have a headboard, there's nothing to stop your load coming into the cab. enjoy your video's regards John
Some time's the odd shaped loads are hard to tie down great video and keep up the good work God bless from GA
As always thanks for the videos. 👍👍
Between your video and explanation, I would not have any fear of driving near you on a highway that I might have with some other trucks on the road.
Dan, how much more payload does the lighter aluminum Dorsey trailer allow versus the steel equivalent?
Even though Katie is not your dispatcher any longer bet she still watches, could leave the Hi Katie sign up for the camera, especially since replacement does not desire any notoriety❓
The skid steer on the back of the trailer has the chains pulling towards the rear of the trailer and the binders pulling the front of the machine slightly towards the rear as well.
I noticed that also. Had to back the video up to see if I saw it wrong. That is sure what it looks like.
Welcome to Kansas. it was fun seeing roads that Iv been on before. I live just south of KC but have family all across the state. Growing up we went back and forth for family events a lot. Coming across on 50 through Peabody is pretty in the summer. When you were in Edgerton (Edge er tone) you were about 20 mi from me so that was cool. Being a ex driver I love your attention to detail on securing your load. Anyway another great video. Be safe buddy.
Another great video. You are a pro at securement! I’m glad you have good loads during these difficult times in the industry.
Question: is your truck double framed with the big sleeper?
Safe travels-
👍
Miss when you don't have the CC on.
Did you see that BP bought TA?
When you’re tired of driving, you can teach new drivers how to tie down their loads.
Hey Dan, great video, its actually pronounce Edge-er- ton
How does the toll pass know when you have the axle up on the trailer?
Hello there bud ✌️👍🙏🙏
FYI, here in Oklahoma we are technically part of the south, not the Midwest
Hi Dan, why do local flatbeders never tarp their loads
Where is Dan? It's been a while!
HELLO DAN GREAT VIDEO INTERESTING ! YOU DO A EXCELLENT JOB BE BLESSED STAY SAFE ! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🐾🐾❤️🐾🐾
good deal that mercer pay ifta.....always buy in the cheap states...

Laundry time? Must have run out of orange shirts.
