    YAY! Very nice design and tutorial. Thank you for showing the three different ways to hollow. The "Shell" command gives a very clean result. And such a great tip about scaling the rope. But what if you wanted to create the whole shell, instead of a half-sliced one? Thank you so much for great inspiration and excellent tips and techniques - as always

      @@PJChenJewelryDesign I found it in one of your earlier tutorials: The SNAIL! Sometimes we have to watch these videos a couple of times to appreciate them fully. Shrinkwrap was not the tool. A simple Sweep 2 and boolean will create a beautiful shell.

    Really nice but is this optimal way for 3d printing and casting? I mean isn’t it better to work on scale and exact measurements for this case, not just for rendering .
