Been training MMA since 2007. Some of these concepts you can go years without learning. People focus too much on learning singular techniques instead of learning concepts like this that have a way higher probability of happening. This video is amazing for beginners and even experienced practitioners
These videos are excatly what I was looking for: a quick rundown of concepts to give me some idea on what to do in a position. Skipping through Dohn Janahers instructionals is... not an easy thing.
