Not to make excuses for shitty driving, but BMW indicator stalks were of a stupid design for most of the last two decades. They don't latch and as the internal stops wear out, it's not impossible for a miscalculated release of the indicator stalk to cause it to spring back in the opposite direction and cancelling them manually is a nightmare. Not something you'd ever do if you were actually paying attention, though. They put the same design of indicator stalk in MINIs in the F5x cars initially and the response was so awful they went back to latching ones within a few years. I noticed the loaner 2 series I had a while back also had a latching stalk so whilst it may have taken them a long time to admit it was a bad idea (I think it probably started on the E6x cars and ended with the first G-coded models) they did get there in the end. I've noticed that indicator usage in the UK is almost universally awful regardless of car brand in one area though - almost nobody can be arsed to indicate off of roundabouts. At worst, they're still indicating right as they take their exit so you're just sat there with no clue whether approaching traffic is going further round as you approach.

I had a e60 BMW in New Zealand. I loved that car but any fault or repair was cripplingly expensive. Ie electronic steering lock. Starter motor failed at 194k kilometers. I could just barely afford to fix it. After that I reluctantly sold it. Driving a Honda is not the same at all but I feel less anxiety about what will fail next.
11:32 indicating right whilst pulling off to left on slip road. must be those aftermarket bmw indicators wired in wrong by previous owner (bmw indicators optional extras) when new. What was that taylor, the bmw is perfect but i have to park close to other cars as door don't lock!!! considering the amount of work taylor did to get the range rover worthy of the trip before you left, i'd say still a win for the beemer as it went wrong during the trip not half of it being repaired before the trip
Can tell you're a pair of Southerners when you got to the pleasure beach... A few years ago it was free to get in and wander round, but you'd buy wrist bands or tickets for rides you wanted to go on.
It's a really odd feeling when you're at bleaklow head. Having grown up nearby in Glossop I've been there more times than I can remember, but somehow seeing the direct remnants of what killed 13 people never ceases to amaze you. Despite their reputation for being horribly unreliable I still want a range rover

- Turning the centre screen off doesn't turn the centre screen off.
- Interior quality is worse than E39's.
Taylor is brilliant we need more of him. So funny! Brings a hole load of humour to the videos! 😂
In the very short time this channel has been created, it as EASILYL been my top favorite show! Love the videos Alex. & Taylor is such a gem too haha
I'd love to see more cheap car challenges or mods or mod updates to the current fleet
Awesome views from the crash site. Amazing to see how many people still go to pay their respects.
Great stuff again Alex, Taylor & Rory! I know I’m always guaranteed some solid laughs with every vid! Keep up the excellent work boys!!
I do need to go on the Pleasure Beach some time, lived in Blackpool a good while. It's a neat place, though in desparate need of a proper cleaning.
Lovely, hope you make more of this!
Omg the visuals of this video are amazing! Rory is the main character in this video 😅
The best combo on RUclips, never fail to make me laugh and spill the popcorn
Love these videos Alex keep it up! The mixture of comedy, information and occasional deep thoughtful moment warms the heart and raises not only the spirit but the cheeks aswell, at least the ones on the face that is 😉
I did that walk, you got the good weather. When I went it pissed it down. Still surreal and a fantastic sight to view.
Great fun, Alex! Well done to you and Taylor for this one
Paid £1300 for my L322 Range Rover ! It’s got it’s faults mainly with the gearbox which I’m trying to find the fault for but it’s a hell of a lot of car that actually is pretty good all round for £1300
11:33 I like the "BMW driver learning how to use an indicator" bit
I haven’t laughed as much as this and the previous first video in ages.
Brilliantly funny and the chemistry you guys have is epic!
Please, please keep it up you guys are great fun 👍🏼
Saw the date on the pic from the rollercoaster ride, so the day you lot we’re travelling up to Blackpool i past my driving test 😎
Can we all just take a moment to appreciate the fact that the Range Rover made an E60 look like a solid reliable work horse.
Alex and Taylor should collaborate with Theme Park Worldwide as your reaction on those coasters was amazing
I bought a e61 touring not to long ago for the same price . 2 owners full history . things like a tank !!!
