So how do you seal to tubes together. I understand stand one tube with one air I let, but what about two inlets

For jesus seal you can only have one air inlet. You would have to cork up the other one.

Its call a Jesus seal because you have to have faith the inner membrane will open inside. Thats how (I think it was)mike souza described it. Lol

i think the real name is jeter seal and i was told it came from a scientific glass blower whos last name was jeter. dont kill the messenger

I believe before the term Jesus seal came about it was called a blind seal in the scientific community.

I have heard Mike Souza refer to it as a "Dewar Seal", but I digress. Blind seals are when the membrane is left intact so there is a wall of glass separating the seal.
