That looks like a fun trip!! My neighbour invites me to go in his float plane to go to lakes around the kenora area for walleye and lake trout it’s a blast every time! Hopefully I will to a fly in trip with my dad for my 18th birthday up to northern Manitoba for some big lakers

No didn’t see any. Tried for a while but mostly focused on the walleyes. The owner seemed to think they travel up River after spring time.

We stayed at Esser Lake. Great spot for exploring and the cabin was nice. We are heading back to the same spot this summer!
