Day 1: Walk with Wangda | Kathmandu Valley Rim (Manjushree Trail) |

"LET'S RUN,HIKE,AND WALK ALONG THE MANJUSHREE TRAIL TO AWARE AGAINST DRUGS ABUSE AMONG THE YOUTHS AND ADOLESCENTS" event held from 22nd June to 26th June around the Kathmandu Valley Rim.
It is estimated that more then 50,000 people in Nepal are using drugs and the majority of the Children and Youths are vulnerable to drug abuse.Along with several other reasons,one of the major causes of drugs abuse among the youngsters is the lack of knowledge/lack of awareness of the deleterious effect of drugs.Therefore we commemorated ,26th June,International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking to create awareness against drug abuse among youth. I along with my brothers ,sisters and friends participated a 5-day(22-26) stage running event through the entire kathmandu Valley Rim(175km).
