Sell the house, sell the car, sell the kids...1955 sublime, ingenious. a beautifully simple work - I was first introduced to this painting by one of my most loved art teachers Roy Voss.
This dates back to 2003 and it looked very good. I saw a few of his works at the Fiac in Paris in october 2012. He is very interestingin his photography and painting, his two mediums...I appreciate his work. I am.an artist and he does good balanced works.
I love the paintings - especially the gestural part of them - but the photographs are also interesting but I think they need to be observed close and one by one
I genuinely believe that most of the abstract artists working today, and many from the past, are conmen. And the rest are simply mentally challenged in some way. I have huge respect for the conmen. The old adage, ".. a fool and his money are easily parted...", is never more true than in the contemporary art scene.
How easily you show your ignorance without even really trying very hard; that's an "art"! You have every right to your opinion & to like what you like, but it sounds like you are merely jealous of someone else's success!
RoyalLemon You're naive. Most abstract painter's can draw really well. They just find it boring. And easy. That's why not many abstract painters have a successful art career. There aren't many people who are that good. There are like a million comic book artist. That shit is easy. I repeat. That shit is easy.

There are many in the third Reich who shared precisely your viewpoint on abstract art.
I believe that all of you who says this is good is trolling.

Bit of a joke really. Artists like Kim Jung-gi are more worth your time..
How does comic illustration relate to his abstract work ???
