yes it is a light and motion housing, for the sony vx 2100 camera. and about the black corners i think that the red filter that is build in the housing needs to be adjusted a bit better i have had more problems with it, when i am filming with it i don't see the black corners in my screen. it sucks your are right on this! cheers mike
