    Wonderful teacher. I find it really helpful that you limit the focus of the video so the observer/student gets a good dose of a single experience.
    Thanks so much.

    How long before the paint starts to dry on your palette?

    • @JoseTrujillo
      @JoseTrujillo  6 лет назад

      About 2-3 days it creates a hard film on the paint.

    Como andas Trujillo! yo empese a usar Walnut por tu recomendacion y la verdad es que es muy buen producto, me gustaria saber cual es la proporcion que tu usas entre walnut y turpentine

    • @JoseTrujillo
      @JoseTrujillo  6 лет назад

      Gracias Manuel! Uso muy poco. La concistencia de la pintura debe quedar como mantequilla. Poco memos de 5% aceite. :)

  • @culturefan

    Subscribed. So now that you have all that paint mixed up, how many paintings will this make, and also if you stop for the day, do you just leave it on the palette like that or cover it with plastic wrap or do you scoop it up and store it?

    Hola José! Veo que usas mucho aceite para tener la textura con la que te gusta trabajar, pero usas impasto entonces cuanto tardan en secar tus pinturas?! O usas Liquin o algo así? Tengo mucha curiosidad cómo lo resuelves

    I would never wake up at 3am to work at starbucks. Of course, I used to work the dead shift at a 7/11/gas station type place.

    Instead of redoing the videos in Spanish, just get a translator and then add a bit on both ends in spoken Spanish. That would be the straight line; of course, it won't be as
    "authentic" but it will give you more time to paint.

    I just looked on EBay and I was amazed at how low your prices are. Also you should probably use cheaper student grade paint.
    I like what you are doing.
