  • As we continue our docuseries in collaboration with ‪@WorldSailingTV‬, part two looks at what makes a good team. We all want to sail the seas with our mates, but a group of clones will only get you so far. Leading organisational psychologist and team coach for recent Ocean Race winners, 11th Hour Racing Team, Anje-Marijcke Van Boxtel, tells us why a diverse team equals success.
Part 3: Mother or Sailor? Coming May 31.

Excellent series thus far. I hope it’s seen by many folks outside the sailing community because it most certainly applies to all. I’m confident the next segment will feature Clarisse Cremer and her struggles against the biases of motherhood and her fight for equity. Diversity is a strength but the current trend seems to be challenging that truth. Thank you.
