That is definitely possible. I used to same BBs to minimize the variables when testing but the BBs I am using are not match-grade/precision or anything.
Yes, it was with all stock internals in the TM AKM. Have you adjusted the rear iron sight to see if it has an effect? There are numbers (1-10) for distance on the rear sight but I'm not sure what distance they correspond to. When I was doing distance testing at 150ft, I find that the TM AKM does shoot low even with the hop up applied to the max. It could also be how high my optic is mounted on the rail cover. I was using 0.32g BBs but when I switched to 0.28g BBs it still did the same thing.
@@GBBEnthusiast I first had it set at the line under "1" and it was hitting low at max hop. Maybe about an inch lower than where I'm aiming. Then I put the rear sight at the back most position, under that cyrillic character that looks like an upside down "U". It helped a bit but still low. Might adjust the front sight too and test again. thanks!
@@8man_01 Ahh okay, no worries. I hope everything works out for you! Let me know if you find a solution to it shooting low since you'll probably help a lot of TM AKM owners.
Most of them were purchased from evike. Just make sure it says that it’s compatible with the TM AKM GBBR platform to prevent fitment issues because everything I got was drop in.
Looks like the fliers for both m4 and akm could be more contributed by defects in the bbs, more noticeable in the akm which is a pure beast. Cool vid!

Looking for this one because im torn between these two
Is this with all stock internals in the TM AKM? I just received mine and I use .30g BBs. at max hop it shoots low at a ~10m target.

@@8man_01 Have you tried using other weight BBs? Also, what propellant are you using inside the mags?
@@GBBEnthusiast Puff Dino 12kg regular green gas. I only have .30g and no plan to use other weights so I don't mix them up.

Where did you get all of the goodies to modify your akm?

great compare¡
Thanks!
Oh man… I will buy TM Akm next time.
Yes, I highly recommend it especially if you get bored of M4s!
