now that you have modeled the exterior how can you start making the interior the floor plans or is there a way to work in revit or which program should we use can you make a litle example

Its posible to do all BIM requirement in rhino by help of visual arc but revit is far better /In other way u can work rhino and revit by help of rhino inside live in one click in WIP version (R7) or u can import the rhino 6 model as CAD file
