That's because it was 90% rear braking (locked rear wheel, you can hear hes sliding all the way to the car) and 10% front brake.

As a biker who rides all year it’s really important to consider your tires not gripping and you’re stopping power during the winter times. Anytime you get to a place where you see a car and they might pull out even if they don’t you always slow down. Your breaking power is drastically lower when it’s cold even when you heat up the brakes.

I'm only 26 and have been riding for 7 months, I plan on doing my full license in a few months as I hate riding with L-plates. but again thank you for the lovely comment, I try me best to be as kind and helpful as I can be, I always pull over to check up on people if I see them at the side of the road with hazard lights on. just trying to rack up on the good karma! hahaha

8m50secs I'm in a bus lane coz I can. No problem there. But for the love of God. Get out of the cars blind spot!! Car drivers NEVER check their blind spot as they're all wrapped up in steel and air bags whilst texting their mates.

cars dont haveblind spots if you do the shoulder checks you are supposed to do. Most of them dont even check there mirrors. dont blame a bike for the car driver failing to do there basic checks

Like the biker said, the car passed him after the previous lights so he knew the bike was somewhere around. Blindspots aren't some magical things where you can appear all of a sudden...
@Sekhmetouserapis yup, car driver also said he saw him in the mirror but thought he was further away. People just use blind spots to blame others for there mistake! You can see the driver in the mirror so he can see you, it's that simple

FYI I was riding the bike when the man to take a picture of me while riding cut my road risking to push me on the ditch! I stopped the bike only after they threw him off
