Tomlin is EXCELLENT. Inspiring lessons. I'm an 80 year old woman and have just started these lessons and already making (slow) progress and enjoying the experience
Keep working at it! It IS rewarding and YOU will be rewarded personally and musically if you stay with it. Believe me. Your journey sounds exactly like mine. I've been at it 6 years now.
Can't belive lisa only a couple a miles from me in Bristol after all the comments over the year doinging well can't belive the work you put in well done tomlins school does work then
Hi Lisa, and Tomlin. I can totally relate too this interview. From trying to learn far too much to quickly. I have far,far too many bookmarks of Facebook, some evenings I just get totally emersed in watching / listening to harp players and a lot of the time just end up jumping from bookmark to bookmark. Also I can relate as Lisa did,by not being into the blues, that was until I started with the the harp. I have watched / listened to Lisa progress of harmonica forum's, and her playing is going from strength to strength I really enjoyed this today. Thank you both
Loved this interview!!! The Q&A was great, I feel better about my frustrations listening to yours Lisa, I too, want to know and play it all now, but need to slow down, enjoy the journey of learning and building on fundamentals. Your an inspiration for beginners such as my self, thank you and best wishes!!!
Jason Plonka , Yeah man, enjoy the journey each step of the way. Know it is a never ending one. I have been playing for 50 years now, and still am learning :) Lisa has grown leaps and bounds since I first heard her on facebook
Well done Lise!
Keep on playing and above all, keep on enjoying playing the harp :-)
