I know that the Kardashians DEFINITELY profit off of the unrealistic body standards they themselves set, but I think people forget that Khloe really started to drastically change her look and heavily edit her photos after YEARS of being called "the fat one," "the ugly one," etc. I'm pretty sure they had an episode of their show where they had a drag look alike contest and she talked about how people online had always bullied her and questioned her gender identity (ie called her a "transvestite"). I imagine all of that would lead to serious trauma and body dismorphia. The whole situation is pretty sad.
