This is my classic valentina build for roamer tanky and focus on cd more , i carried many games with it
1. CD reduction boots
2. Necklace of durance
3. Enchanted talisman
4. Stack defence
5. Oracle
6. Bloody wings
I first buy normal boots and the go for elagent gem , when i got it i will rush to buy enchanted talisman and cd boots then necklace of durance and go to stack or oracle based on enemy is either magic or pysical if the enemy is burst then i will go for bloody wings , but stack is compulsory because of the mobility it gives from the passive and if you want damage you can replace the oracle with divine glave still

I have been shock that no one see valentina ultimate when using joy ultimate. Joy ultimate need to go through 4 rhythm to be able to use whle valentina didn't. Is the same situation when valentina using wanwan ult in the old days.

First, Joy got nerfed and she has to use Skill 2 3 times to unlock the ult. Second, if she uses Skill 2 on Rhythm, she will do x2 damage, but Valentina copies normal and cant do x2 damage, so this is not that op
