Beautiful home
SUCH A HANDSOME YOUNG MAN! AWW
😊 good to see Nate and son(Raiden) together in person from time to time.!! Clayton Homes are always coming up with new ideas for themselves , this is another roomy eye pleasing home.😊
love the dark trim
Beautiful
Nice home.
I'd like the sink over by the windows and the windows opening. But it's a nice home
Good size house for that price really! I'd have liked to see a bigger master bedroom though. Thnx Nate!
Good to see Raiden. Pretty home. The bedrooms were a little small.
Hello Nate! Boy, Raiden is growing up! Hope you'll had fun at the park. Like this house mostly. I don't like the sink being in the island though. I would move it to underneath the window on the countertop across from the island. Then I'd exchange that island for a 4-seater Kitchen Table. The microwave would have to be moved to the countertop some where, where the coffee bar is probably. Grandma's China Cabinet could then go on the wall next to the door of the Utility Room. I'd close off 2 sides completely, of the flex room; double doors in the hallway. This room would be soundproofed and turned into my Music and Studio Room. The Utility Room is nearly perfect. Not big enough for a pet shower but you're right, that spot is big enough for an Upright Freeze! And we'd build a Garage outside that door and put in a Storage room with a Big Pantry and a Pet Shower. Now the Den and Bedrooms and guess bathroom would be changed. Husbands Gym would take part of it, and my Library would take part of it and a Half Bath for guests as part if it. I'd put a Gas Fireplace or Wood-burning stove in the Living Room where the now closed-off flex room opening was in the living room. I'd replace the tub in Master with a big Handicapped Tub/Shower Combo. Inside barn door would have to go - I don't like them. Regular doors or Pocket Doors. There looks to be plenty of room for me to be comfortable in the Commode area. I don't normally like a door going from the utility room into the Master Bathroom, but as there's a place for a freezer already, I won't change it. I would put in a little longer countertop for the Vanity area; the one shown just doesn't have enough room for two sinks (could remove one sink I guess!). Nice house ood good video, Nate. God bless y'all.
Nice price! Love the kitchen. Not in love with the livingroom. Do appreciate the wood trim. I have ideas for this model that could definitely make it work....
I got to say, Clayton seems to have really stepped up to the plate
❤love the guest bathroom.
Wassup Nate, just needs a walk in pantry and the extra square footage.
You and your son look just alike!!
Seems exciting to have the 4th and then even the 5th bedrooms added. But just by adding a 4th, you lose any type of dining at all because there is really no eat in kitchen. Just 3 stools. If one wanted a 4th for more people, less dining makes even less sense. I'd say you can use the den for it, but it is so far from kitchen. Unless you turned your living room into the dining area and used den for a living room.
Pretty nice home though. I really like the master bath. Kitchen is awesome, if you keep flex for dining, it makes sense.
The name is amazing. Ha. My daughter's name.
Not a fan of glass entry doors, beautiful home. though..
Nate I’m trying to find the home that has the gun safe behind the shoe rack to show it to my husband I was wonder if you could help me please!!

Thank you Nate I appreciate the help! I also showed it to my neighbors that are looking for a home to put on property
The dining area is way to small and seems boxed in. I don’t like that.
Was there a Pantry in that house ?
No, this one does not have one.
It's too ultra modern, too stark in color and design. Try early American colonial style, and also the "modern" colonial styles of the 1960s.
Beautiful
