Can I use this kit to isolate protozoan sppecies of eimeria
I’m looking to be a part of an undergraduate research program to, in lamen’s terms, collect and analyze otter poo. I have never done anything of the sort so I wanted to research how poo was analyzed.... I’m shocked and amazed by how much work goes into it

Is the protocol the same for oral samples ?
Is the method different for the extraction of microbial and host DNA? Is there really an obvious result between the two DNA?
