    I use cauliflower rice. I season it. That's what I use if I feel like I want rice and gravy. I use gluten-free pasta for macaroni and cheese, lasagna and spaghetti. I use cauliflower to make cauliflower (potato) salad.

    Have you tried any of the gluten free ( also known as protein pasta) brands of pasta?we had chickpea pasta last night..couldn't tell the difference at all...

      At my store they don’t have it. Been looking. I don’t shop harris teeter much anymore but may have to look there. Thought to give it a try.
