Interesting, if one knew coding it might be possible. Though dota might function similarly to a cd key in that if it's mismatched to the steam client in some way it might block access. I heard of people using cosmetics without purchase so I suppose it's possible.

I listened to the whole announcer pack wanting to know why dota did not approved it. Here is my analysis: Some lines were too overly acting that makes the game lousy. Its overly comedic rather than humorously relevant. Other announcers I've heard were humorous but remained relevant. You may need to keep the lines relevant for dota to approve it.
Why exactly did this not get in? I dont really notice anything wrong with it, besides maybe the one where enigma says he doesnt know the mode and says some gibberish. Besides it only affects people who equip it. The only reason stuff like meeseeks courier didn't get in is because people bitched it would ruin immersion and didn't fit with the style
