In January 2024 a friend and I were able to get over 30 evolving skies etbs for $90 each. I opened 4 (pulled nothing, huge mistake), and kept 12 sealed to sell. Easily my best investment yet.
Oh man yeah I probably opened like 500 evolving skies packs when that set was new, big mistake but did end up getting the Moonbreon and glaceon VMax so not a total loss. Woulda been better to keep them sealed! Glad you kept a dozen tho! I have like 7 sealed still. Real glad to see them continue to climb!

@Trevor-TCG got a Prismatic poster collection for 75$ here in La Belle Province... prices are insane. Been trying for the PC ETB but seems like they are having major issues
My best investments were that I found some 151 etbs and BBs at cost at the begging for the year and held. Also I bought bubble mew for 80 CAD at the beginning of the year. Both looking great right now!
Awesome gains for 2024! 👍 How often do you tear apart collection boxes to sell the contents individually? Or do you rip them for you own personal collections. I didn’t know the Boltund V box has EV pack in them. I looked around and 401G is selling them now at 49.95. It’s the only LCS in our area that has them in stock.
Thanks! I don’t rip them open too much cause I know it can be hard to sell loose packs. People get sketched out and it’s fair, gotta trust the seller and trust that they haven’t been through many sellers. For a while I was opening the boltund boxes and ripping the BRS and keeping ES and FS sealed. Great product just for the packs
The lack of 151 I saw in the wild last year is one reason why I'm still super bullish on Prismatic going into this year. ETBs at MSRP seem like a no brainer.
Yeah etbs at MSRP will be great especially in the short term. 151 never really dipped under msrp. I feel like prismatic will be a lot harder to get in release. I still haven’t had any luck getting anything pre ordered at an affordable price so might need to end up skipping it and hoping focus changes with the rocket set

Wow yeah those are great! Bubble mew was such a smart buy but I don’t think anyone expected it to go up as much as it has so soon haha
@ no I never at all! The zard was double the mew at that point so I figured that was going to be the big chase from that set.
