Because back then in Ultimate Ninja 1 it was more manga inspired for example things that weren't named was Sasuke's Chidori instead it was called "Sasuke's special technique" and as for Gaara in his Shukaku form it would be a spoiler to the anime for the US so they darken it

Why they didnt use both for ultimate ninja 5 instead using suna shuriken 2:32 for both before transform & after transform jutsu? I dont get it why they use the same justu when they already have many variant Shukaku jutsu before.
