Depends on the modpack. I loaded direwolf 1.12 and by default that was not the case. I had to configure it to have it day 24/7. So, check your gameworld before making that decision. Modders are catching that and changing the default because they think it's too op again.
The only channel on RUclips worth waiting for videos about Minecraft mods. No obnoxious voice, no shenanigans, no irrelevant commentary about life and no toxic comments. Informative and straight to the point.

Extremely informative > Every single info anyone in-game could ever need about the mod. Fast and very clear > Not boring. No idle talk > Right to the point, no unnecessary chit chat. Cant think of a better Spotlight than this, thanks mate. PS: Only dimensions of all the multi-blocks could have been written in signs nearby to help out, but not very necessary since it is very clearly calculable from the way you designed the area.
Damn. You explain so good that i understood everything from the first watch. Its so hard to find good mod spotlights and tutorials these days ... Thubs up for you, brother!
In the newer version of the mod that Direwolf20 is currently using, there is a crystal lens that will focus on getting the EnvTech crystals in your void ore miner. There is also more on the tool tip when you click on the controller that will tell you what you need for the next tier of miner. I'm sure there is something similar for the solar panels.
The latest version added a Crystal Laser Lens which increases the percentage chance to mine up Litherite, Erodium, etc. Think it requires 6 blocks of Erodium to make however.
I've never dealt with environmental tech before. Are the solar arrays ONLY for drilling, or can they be used for other mod techs, like ender io, or themal expansion?
So they updated the mod, and to make modifiers, you now need Lonsdaleite, which has no crafting recipe and is not mined by any miner? How do I get Lonsdaleite?
You can get lonsdaliete with the crystal lens on the ORE MINOR but I believe the lens with the highest chance is the black lens? Either way that should really narrow it down for you.
which mod is the one that brings those blue materials when you tapped "watter"? Im interested in tech mods that brings decorative blocks also. and they are hard to find
I noticed all your ore miners were running on the same power system and they were all on at the same time. Wouldn't that add the power consumption to each tier as you built them. tier 1 + t2 + t3 + t4 + t5 + t6 = 77k. I could be wrong though :P
Lightning rods are broken... someone else with a video on this dated same month and year... there working fine for him... Sounds like mod conflict denial, espcially since I noticed the mod list seems to eliminate lightning from weather effects.
It starts out EXTREMELY SLOW but once you get two tier 3 ore minors and 1 resource minor all with crystal lenses they truly pay off. I went from tier 3 to tier 6 in three days. WARNING: Don't waste your diamonds on the tier 1-2 solar arrays! The tier 3 is when they start producing more RF than an extreme reactor. I had 8 tier 1 solar arrays and they didn't do crap since the sun wasn't always out. However the higher tiers are amazing if you have a massive energy storage set up.
I would HIGHLY recommend putting ANY type of solar panels in the end dimension cause it's apparently always day in the end dimension
Oof ♡
Or the Twilight Forest.
If it is available on your version.
@@bobisnotaperson dont it have nighttime there? or did they change that?

will the chunks still load though? when you're not there

Direwolf20 and Mischief of Mice also are not that annoying.

That's why I always go to this channel first to check on how to do something.
The dimensions and block amount is in the description
2:18 "to find out what the crafting recipe is for concrete." You just place concrete powder in water. That's the vanilla method XD
When you play just modded minecraft and forgot about vanilla updates :D
A little late but a Fluid injector can be used instead of placing them for faster crafting.

Thank you! If you are reading this... Please keep your channel alive! You have lots of followers!
i got a field of 64 void ore miners... still takes a lot of time to get all the crystalls requierd to upgrade the miners
Finally a spotlight for the new version! Thank you so much for that!
Thank you we needed this spotlight badly! Well done and glad to see you back!
Thanks for all you guys do for the Minecraft communities and players. Your videos have help me a ton becoming a better player and admin.
Right to the point, that mod changed so much between 1.10.2, I was totally lost, now, I know what I need to do.
Love your tutorials and stuff, glad to see you're still around and making them
Does this Mod have active Developers? I miss this Mod.
Yes! Thanks for the vid I’ve been waiting for a longtime for you to upload another vid almost thought you were in an accident.
thanks for keeping this tutorial short . i appreciate it !
Very happy to see a new video! You guys are one of my favorite Minecraft RUclipsrs. I would love to see a new let's play!
Oh yeah, I missed your videos! I used the Env. Tech mod before the crystals update. Good to see the new blocks recipe and usability
Thanks for a current 1.12 tutorial!!!!

I hope the beacon gets added again because that was the best

Damn, you lot are still posting vids. About time :)
27 seconds ago, damn.
Glad to see you're back! Always enjoyed your videos.
Finally, you guys are back!
Thx for all the hard worj that went into this video
Thank you! Newly subbed. I'm so grateful you aren't 13 and begin your intro with screaming and stupidity. Much appreciated!

It's been so long that I forgot I was subscribed. What brought you back to uploading?
im more curious about what power source you use for these
Nice video like your mod spotlights
Do solar pannels work on modpacks like stoneblock 2?
Power requirements at 10:17
Also, power generation of solar arrays at 12:35
can you use void miners on void, though?
Easiest way to power tier 1 miner?
OMG, are you back?
Jo these solar arrays are stupidly overpowered. Making roughly around 1.8kk RF/t is just gamebreaking.
Definitely gonna nerv the panels on my server

ugh still can't find any information on the nano bots!!!!
I've been looking for this too
Liked + subbed, nice spotlight
You're alive
Lightning rods are broken... someone else with a video on this dated same month and year... there working fine for him... Sounds like mod conflict denial, espcially since I noticed the mod list seems to eliminate lightning from weather effects.
Your back !
Bro. Don't ever give your vids up. Please😊
not gonna get too deep into it he said lol
First to like!
one of the worst tech mods imo
Too expensive tbf, i can get loads of RF and ores through other means, i don't think i'll ever play with it on my modpack.

The name of the mod is Environmental, not Environmental Tech.
Its environmental tech dong
