Hello from Thai fan. I’m a nurse pursuing a career in UK too. Now I’m working as a hemodialysis nurse in outsource clinic that operates in the hospital. My agency said that the requirements for overseas nurse include working in hospital for at least 1 year and my experiences at the clinic are not counted. Do you have any idea if it’s true? if so, it would be so sad because most hemodialysis nurses here work for outsources or clinics. It needs a huge budget to operate hemodialysis unit therefore very few hospital invests their own money on this. I’ve been in this career for almost 5 years but all useless just because it’s not an experience from hospital.
