Me and my wife were watching that night and my wife wasn’t a fan of wrestling before she got with me. She said that night to me “OMG the people are so loud I see why they call him electric”.

It was Denver, I was at that show. I bought my wife’s ticket that morning because she’s not a big wrestling fan and wasn’t going to go. I was just planning on taking my girls to see Bianca Belair(who ended up not being there). Then later that day I told her the rock is in Boulder, which is right near Denver, I said the rock might show up to Smackdown. It was the first show I took my family to, and I’m so glad they came! My wife said that show made her a wrestling fan haha.
Man, seeing this video, how chill you both talk with each other, how your set looks with everything behind you, really makes me feel like all you need now is a few rows of chairs in front of you and this could be legit a high quality TV Talk Show.
That return was amazing, that wheezyblonde sign in the background made the staredown between Theory and Rock so much more iconic. Like it's so cool that she's apart of history like that. Like hopefully one day her and Rock will be in the same room one day and we can get a full circle moment between Wheezy and Rock.

I knew as soon at Pat’s music hit that the Rock would be there at some point in the night. I had just watched the Rock on Pat’s show in Boulder earlier that day. As soon as the show started and I saw they were in Denver I said “hey Boulder isn’t that far away, I wonder if Pat shows up?” 5 minutes later I hear “Hey, what?! Let’s Goooooooo!” and I lost it. Now I wanna see an Inside interview with Pat McAfee.

The interviewers are a huge part of the show. Their timely quips and facial expressions can take an interview in a tiny different direction are always gold. Gene Okerlund was a master at that. Everyone benefits.

And Kayla...we knew who you are. It's just like movies and shows and anything else...everyone has a part..if it wasn't for people like you that get everyone amped up and ready. We all know you by name and I'll be honest. I haven't watched WWE in many years...until I seem his return on RUclips.

Sadly I went to that show and we were running like 5 min late and I missed a chunk of that bit still was able to see the Rock for a couple minutes and had a feeling he might be there since he was in boulder earlier in the day

I really believe this for sure. I know it's all scripted but look at Goldburgs debut..people in the audience had signs and even changed Goldburg but when the rock came you could just tell noone knew...it seems like the announcers were even expected it. It was crazy to see though how the older fans (me) that haven't really watched in forever and even the young girl he did a selfie with knew who he was tells you how popular he is...but the best thing about him...he does so many things off camera and seems to be so humble it's insane. I really believe he is a humble person in general. I think back to the days he was scripted to be a 'bad guy' and it never really worked lol.
