SUPREME COURT DISMISSES MABIRIZI CASE

Chief Justice Alifonse Owinny Dollo has delivered a detailed ruling in Male Mabirizi’s application in the case he filed against Chief Justice compelling him to rescue himself from Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamus' Election Petition.
However, there was drama in Court when Chief Justice Alifonse Owinny Dollo declined to admit Lawyer Male Mabirizi’s submissions where he wanted to arrest the delivery of the pending detailed ruling citing a number of reasons.
