Sailing to Figueira da Foz, Cascais & Lisbon | Series 2 Episode 24 | Ep 91

In this episode we keep on pushing south using every weather window open to us. We spend a few days in Figueira da Foz with our German friends before taking the decision to leave them behind and press on. We anchor at Peniche for the night then make it to Cascais where we have to stay put for a few days as the waves and wind were due to pick up. This worked out well allowing us to get the train to Lisbon.
We are a family of five with plans for an epic adventure, sailing around the world. We have bought a boat we have to gut it, rebuild it, sell all of our possessions and have t he guts to cast off. Follow our adventures.

Isn’t it amazing how all these foreign places have the cash to make their towns look great but back here in Blighty which is supposed to be one of the richest countries it is dreary and nobody wants to spend any money on making people feel good
