Odegaard’s a world class baller. No player can play the long pass, assist that he did from his own half of the pitch which took out Chelsea’s entire team & put it on a plate for Havertz’s first goal & not be world class WOW! Agree or disagree? That’s MY captain 💯

The midfield balance was absolutely perfect, and stylistically mirrored Wenger's ideal midfield that never was of Song (Partey composed, head up, simple play splitting lines from deep), Diaby (Rice eating up ground, driving with the ball, occupying players) and Fabregas(Odegaard, enough said). It was absolutely gorgeous to watch, once Arteta had tweaked it at halftime

De Bruyne, Modric, fernandes, Alexander Arnold can all probably pull off that pass. However. look at the company i just listed. He’s top 5 in the world in terms of vision and pass quality.

Havertz has been playing insanely well at striker since the start of the year. Give him an entire season with this confidence and I think he could get 20+ goals in a season.

First game was against everton
Everyone seemed to be playing way better and combinations clicking. Why? Afull flow Partey in MF. Dominating, demanding the ball, beating the press, attempting defence splitting passes forward.
Havertz look awkward technically compared to Jesus that is why he is not rated as highly. He offers us much more up front that is why he is starting. If Jesus misses chances we are not going hard on him. Havertz scored 2 goals from xg of 1 , it was all round great performance. Are you surprised that a strikers makes wrong decision sometimes??? There is no need to highlight how "awful" he was in the first half, i don't get it.

Arteta surely don’t want to put Havertz in any unwanted loads of attention that could effect him in the remaining run. Hence probably not wanting Havertz in a situation he could score a hat trick in. Too much Chelsea press and too much attention on Kai. Also, he’s vital in our team so preserving him for the remaining matches.
Ben White didn't mean to score that last goal. He actually didn't know anything about it. Ødegaard was in such a zone he purposely shot the ball off White's foot to score. That's what I choose to believe and there's no changing my mind about it.

Without a sound defensive set up Ødegaard’s multiple lost possessions in that game would have been very costly. As much as I love Ø we can improve on him.
