I stood in a snaking line back through an industrial brew house, and wasn’t totally sure I was in the right place until I saw a Harp Barbecue sign above a doorway. Got a tray of barbecue from a table between pallets of beer cans. One of the coolest barbecue experiences I’ve had- and excellent tray. Great brisket, sausage, and that corn side was killer. Glad they’re getting a new home!

Tyler is doing God's work in barbecue. Excellent. MuleKicker BBQ in Warrensburg is trying to morph from food popup/catering at benefits to bricks and mortar and it IS daunting. Even with only about 160 seats. :) Especially since our new Moberg won't be ready until July 2023 or so. The 750-gallon smoker will have to do until then, but I may have to enlist my pellet grill. :)
