    No this is your truth and you have a right to tell it how it is. If some jealous person gets angry because you produce a great amount of milk then thats their problem. I am learning so much from you and I appreciate you sharing your lessons and viewpoints.

    It is YOUR milk to decide what YOU want to do with. Anyone that has a problem with that should do a little introspection ❤

    I have never commented before so forgive me if I make a mistake. but your struggles are like mine I could only nurse my babies on one breast I also co-slept I’m 64 years old and the memories are so wonderful, she was fussy at night too, so I held her close to me like a bear hug. She would go to sleep those memories are so precious to me

    I am exactly the same. Bub is almost 7 weeks and my milk hasn’t regulated at all and I didn’t touch a pump until 6 weeks. I’m now using a manual pump to try and get rid of some of the let down before feeds and have definitely noticed he’s not as gassy. I have a feeling my milk will stay like this. Whilst many may be envious of this, having an oversupply and fast let down brings its own challenges and im not apologetic about hiding them as they are true for me.

    The sentiments isn’t just you, I struggle with the saaaaame thing. I essentially grieve losses that haven’t even happened yet. It’s tough, but I try to take it a day at a time ❤

      @@meetingthemiones Gosh I’d love to connect! We are thinking about having our first child and I feel like I can relate so much (down to the left inverted nipple hahaha)

    It is excellent Oxytocin Neurohormone which stimulates Lactiferous Ducts along with Prolactin Hormone. This is Genetics and plentiful Positive Feedback.... Certainly, always Heads-Up to avoid the SIDS Possibility....Cheerz!

    Non-judgmental question: as you say, it’s supply and demand…why pump so much to create that extra “demand” that your body then needs to create a supply for? If you just nursed when she needed Or pump only when she skips a nursing session), your body’s supply would adjust to that demand. I get that you feel engorged so you pump, but that engorged feeling would regulate/diminish eventually…it will likely only get worse and worse (more engorged, more frequently) if you continue to pump. I can’t imagine nursing and then pumping…think of all the time you’d save if you didn’t pump so much! OR go through the effort NOW to freeze the over supply, and then stop nursing/pumping all together earlier and use that stash. Sorry if overstepping - I recently went through all this myself (exclusively pumping with an over supply) and I know how much effort it is so it pains me a bit to see you dump the milk!

      No judgement at all!! You’re 100% right, it does work that way but unfortunately my left nipple is inverted ( like severely inverted and can’t latch baby, she is 100% fed on the right side only. When I feed her she’s on the right and and pump on the left at the same time! And if I feel a little full on the right side I still will pump the rest out max ( 3/4 mins) and i know that creates more but I HATEE the feeling of fullness 😂 still deciding and taking it day by day when it’s time to come to freeze if I decide to! Plus also I need to pump in the middle of the night when she is sleeping bc she has been giving decent stretches and I’m engorged to the max 😂 I don’t also always clean the parts during the day that I just dump since she just drinks from the breast, so that cuts down the work and annoying cleaning lol

    Do you think the Her Package helped with postpartum? Or do you think the postpartum over time just got better on its own?

    • @meetingthemiones
      @meetingthemiones  10 месяцев назад

      To be honest I’m not sure how much it really helped, just it being the third time around I really tried fixing it through emotional support and being honest with myself and my husband, I’m still not 100% myself because newborn life is just so hard in general but I think a lot of PPD is caused by lack of support emotionally. Truthfully that first year is full of ups and downs I’ve noticed but after that is when I always feel 100% back

      @@meetingthemiones I can relate, with my first (10 yrs ago) I had no idea what to expect postpartum and it seemed that no one else who previously had children could relate to the emotions or insecurities that I was feeling- which made me feel even more alone. I've enjoyed the honesty you share in your videos. You are knowledgeable and are doing a great job! I remember a friend telling me how important it was to get my son on a routine at 3 months old and I struggled just making sense of the day to day. It's awesome that you found a rhythm and routine early on.
      I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant so I'm trying to taking in all the postpartum learning I can- which is something I wish I knew to put more focus on the first time 😊 so thank you for your videos ❤

      Personally I would never take a V when pregnant, follow what you think is best, no harm in waiting it out and staying indoors more with baby. I’ve been avoiding the public as much as possible with Adeline being this little
