Definitely recommend the Medik8 Crystal Retinal! So good! Start with 1 and then can go up to 3, 6, 10 and 20. I'm still on level 1 lol but I have very sensitive skin!
Not sure if your vitamins have a B vitamin it in, but if it does you’ll want to take that in the morning since B vitamins give you energy and can disrupt your sleep if taken at night. Just something to consider
