yes, he/she is using a mod--- a mod that grants player a power to have an overpowered healing skill whenever a player who uses it, even a low level healer skill can be very overpowered, it can almost insta-fullHeal/-ed players even on far distance, {but it has a downfall: when you are too far to the player who uses that mod, you won't get healed,} also, if a player uses that mod, their attack is like overpowered marksman, which is when a player uses that mod, he/she can hit/penetrate multiple or even quadruple or even a whole battalion of mobs of their choice, but depending on their level's attack skill, it will remain the same attack for every group of mob they hit, it's more overpowered when that mod-user is on level 20, some mobs can get insta-killed with 1 hit when a mod-user player's skill is on level 16-20, so if you met a player with that "suspicious activity", it's most likely 100% win and almost 100% they will become mvp even if their skill is only healer
