  • I have found 5 things that help me dill with my depression. 1: I choose to believe I have purpose. 2: Exercise. 3: Tracking my thoughts. 4: Reading good books. 5: Looking for ways to bless other lives.

    Jason, I commend you on your belief that you are a son of the Living God. Acts 4:11 tells us "there is no other name given under Heaven by which we must be saved"
    I, too, suffer with clinical depression. Aside from Him that created me and Him that saved me, my bicycle is my salvation.
    Your bicycle in the background is beautiful. Keep riding.
    My very best wishes to you, and when you hear those voices which say you are not worthy, remember Him who through the shame of the cross, deemed us worthy of His love.
