The name is like an essay😅!! Are the writers naming these long names because Gen Zee have attention span of 2 seconds and the only way they can sell a book by explaining the story in the name? If Haikyu anime/manga was named by the long standard, I think it would end up like: "A dreaming short boy who jumps really high planning to win national volleyball tournament with his rivals in the team."
The real reason is that when the novels are first self-published on sites like Shosetsuka ni Narou, the title itself becomes the catch copy of the novel to catch readers' attention.
