I have this same tank and have tried various different layouts to find something that works. So far I am on layout number 3 and just can’t seem to find a good focal point. It’s been driving me crazy. I thought it would be easy to do with it’s dimensions but creating depth in this thing has been hell. I won’t even go into finding proper light for this tank to get good coverage without obstructing the top!
Robert Cartright couldn’t agree more. This tank is ideally setup as an open top style to utilize the space above the tank in my opinion. It could make a nice deep perspective with a relatively flat layout like iwagumi
