They should have done that, then I would acutely buy it I still might buy it to convert it myself, even just putting in a Bluetooth speaker would do the trick

Two things I'd add - sometimes the directions have a red band around everything new in a given step - this one doesn't. I find that somewhat annoying. Also, there is something wrong with the directions around step 176 (I think!) where some parts were left out. Why don't reviewers who have early access to these sets catch this kind of thing?!? Also, mine had the old plastic bags, not the paper ones.
@@eldritchpalmerable I've actually handled some of LEGO's paper bags, and I honestly don't think that handling the paper bags will be as bad as handling the plastic bags. The only problem I can imagine is potentially ripping open the paper bags, so a pair of scissors might be in order.

It probably cost Lego far more to make that sound module than it would to just put a functional AM/FM radio inside.

No, it is mostly likely not cheaper to put an actual good sounding radio in the set rather than a sound brick.

probably. it's all for fun at the end of the day though

6:28 LEGO Movie 10th anniversary reference?! 😱
sir, is that a personal attack??
That was a great review, I watched a couple of others, but I feel that only yours did justice to this set
I'm really starting to warm up to this set. The more I see it in actual hands, the more I like it!😀
You’re right…definitely can’t unsee the face 😂
It Plays Everything is awesome
fun lil set
Great review
Nice review. How much space is there inside for a bluetooth speaker?
Someone should swap the sound bricks of the Sorting hat and the radio (That would be funny)

Very cool!
My iPhone 15 pro max fits just fine with a case
they could have added lego island sounds too. brick by brick
I agree the new paper bags are not good I’m not looking forwards to using them😢
The Paper Bags will cause issues in sensory sensitive individuals
The paper bags aren't as loud as the plastic bags, which are far more crinkly and noisy.
@@kentslocum it's the feeling part.
@@zachv1942 Plastic bags are crinkly, too? What about paper is worse than plastic?
I have a friend that has a strong reaction towards crinkly cellophane. It can go both ways

LEGO.
fan of paper bags ? dude it's gonna make brick searching hell on earth, you do realize that ?
How so? Do you keep the parts in the bags? 🤔
