Thanks, very helpful. I'm a Radiographer In the Uk, during a night shift we have no Radiologist and so I have to decide if a Doctors request is appropriate under nice guidelines. So many A+E doctors think they can just request a headscan for anything and they always get annoyed when I deny the request. Always helpful having multiple people going over the same subject.
Sir i have a doubt. Sir I am from VCSGGMSRI, Srinagar, Uttarakhand. One day a 12 year boy presented in our surgery OPD with history of fall from height three days back & associated with multiple episodes of vomiting along with loss of consciousness for 5-6 hours (according to informant history). He is from a very remote area of Uttarakhand. Patient presented in OPD after 3 days post trauma and have presence of Battle sign over mastoid region and GCS 15 at the time of presentation. No previous investigation, management done at the time of injury. So how to follow up such patients? Thankyou Sir.
